Full Service Event Planning
Looking to have the event of your dreams, but don’t know where to begin?
We are here to offer a full service package with comprehensive support for all aspects of your event. From initial concept to day-of coordination our team will be there in any way you need. Services typically cover venue selection, vendor management, theme and décor development, budget creation, timeline management and on-site execution.
This package allows us to cover every little detail so you can enjoy your event stress free.
Month of Event Planning
You handled the big decisions and now it’s time for the final touches to get you to your big day!
Our month of package provides the final support of event management. Our team will review all vendor contracts and establish an understanding of the client’s vision and expectations for their event. This allows time for any discrepancies with the vendors to be corrected prior to the event.
This package is perfect for those who have handled plenty of the work and now need professional help to pull the loose ends together for a seamless execution.
Day of Event Planning
The big day is finally here! But wait, are the caterers here? Do the guests know where to go? What time are we supposed to….Don’t panic, today is all about you!
Our day-of package is ideal for those looking to have a team acting as a liaison between you, your timeline, your floor plan, and your vendors. We oversee and organize vendors to ensure everyone is doing their part, so the big day flows perfectly through your plan. Of course, should something unexpected arise, our team of experienced coordinators are there to quietly, yet effectively, troubleshoot so you can be present and enjoy your celebration.

Hourly Assistance
In need of a few extra hands for your event?
